What can change the price?
Two-story homes: extra height, access, setup, and safety.
Exterior condition: minor stucco crack and minor stucco repair are typically included; extensive damage, heavy peeling, failed coatings, wood repair, or moisture-related conditions are additional.
Color changes: dramatic changes may require extra coats or primer.
Multiple colors: more masking and labor.
Additional surfaces: patio ceilings, perimeter walls, detached structures, gates, specialty doors.
Specialty coatings: some surfaces need different products or prep.
