Comparable means similar: exterior areas, prep and repairs, coats, paint quality, colors and finishes, labor and materials.

Standard PAINTED. exterior projects include pressure washing, minor stucco crack and minor stucco repairs, masking and protection, and Sherwin-Williams exterior coatings such as SuperPaint or A-100. Extensive repairs are identified and quoted separately.

Your written proposal spells out what is being painted, the prep included, the coating system, and any additional repair work. That makes it easier to compare bids on more than price alone.

Qualifying PAINTED. exterior projects are backed by our 2-Year Workmanship Warranty. Covered workmanship issues may include peeling, flaking, blistering, missed areas, or other paint failures determined to result from our workmanship.
Not covered: water intrusion, structural movement, recurring stucco cracks, moisture problems, outside damage, returning rust/efflorescence/mold, underlying coating failure, normal fading/weathering, or conditions excluded from the original scope.
